Sample Plague Marine

Finally got to play in my man cave!!

So for you today I have a sample Plague Marine. This is how I want my soul rotten marines to look like but in true scale. I managed to convert him in one evening and paint him in the next so if I can stick to this (and if time allows) I should have a squad of five done in two weeks. Unfortunately now that I write that I think it is wishful thinking, but hey you have to have targets right?

All thoughts and comments welcome. All hail Nurgle!!

  1. The arm works really well. Excellent work man.

    1. Cheers. It’s simple but effective.

  2. Love the conversion and the approach to the painting – spot on mate!

    1. Thanks Alex! I’m moving away from standard acrylic paints and focusing more on washes, inks, glazes and pigments.

      1. Well, it’s workig mate, looking fab!

  3. Very nice and I agree with the others, the plaguebearer arm does work well and is a great idea.

    1. Thanks. I’ll get back to painting all things Nurgle soon. It’s been a while. 😊
